A: Although VISITOR has been known for creating original music with live electric instruments, VISITOR also spins a variety of styles of music. Due to years of unnecessary questions, "DJ" was added to avoid having to explain challenging things to sheltered and unenlightened persons who misunderstand and assume all electronic music comes from a DJ.

A: Both. Some music is not available on vinyl and some is not available on CD. VISITOR often composes and produces original tracks or remixes which are usually pressed onto CD for public playback.

A: This varies from show to show. Generally an original live music performance by VISITOR consists of drum machines, synthesizers, electric guitar, vocals, and effects.

A: VISITOR played an 11 hour set using 2 Yamaha RY30 drum machines, A Novation Bass Station synthesizer, an Alesis MMT8 sequencer, a Digitech GSP 256 effects box, and a VHS tape deck loaded full of ambient sounds and pornography mixed through a cheapo Audio Technica DJ mixer at a New York rave party in the mid 1990s.
